Did you know that more than 70% of the products fail in the first version? Most of the products fail because the business idea was not appropriately validated, and the founders jumped into product development. Just because the product idea is not appropriately validated, many big businesses fail to make it longer.
To save your products from failing, get them examined by Paragon systems testing, which provides testing and validation services for all of their customers. All the testing is done under expertise in different labs, such as the noise testing lab.
A lean approach to the product validation process
Lean can be defined as moving swiftly to figure out what you will build and how you will make it with as few resources as possible. Resouces here meantime, money, and effort. The main goal is to ensure that your product idea is viable and will save both your money and time. So, by the end of the entire process, you will be able to concentrate on building your product and be confident that you have a higher chance of success in the market by the end.
The lean process consists of 4 distinct stages, and once you have passed the following 4
major operations, you can be confident about the fact that your product idea is worth developing:
- Validating the problem
- Validating the market
- Validating the product
- The willingness to pay
Noise testing in the noise testing lab
When we talk about automobiles, noise testing does not need to be in a noise testing lab. The expertise is concerned about the noise testing of the vehicle and has to focus on evaluating its safety of it. Be it vehicle safety, passenger safety, or environmental safety. As far as noise reduction is concerned, it is always more efficient to reduce it at the source level.
The vehicles are tested in an open space when it is about safety. The cars are equipped with three sensors which are the RRM, kick-down, and speed sensor. These sensors will give you detailed information on when the test will be performed, at what the vehicle is going to enter, what was the wind speed at that point of time, what was the engine RPM at that point of time. All the data will be transferred from the telemeter unit to the vehicle counting station. Apart from that, the tester gives a detailed reporting structure that is also user-friendly. In this, there is an in-built standard that will help you standardise the data required for the specific measurement.
A pass-by noise system is for the entire vehicle’s noise measurements and gives the vehicles aggregate level measurements like exhaust pipe, the near engine, RPM, and tire noise. All this aggregate level information might be examined in the noise testing lab in the final stages of testing the vehicles. That information will decide where we must be very specific on the measurement part.
